Full Laminated Hull Beam Technology
A solid and capable hull is the foundation of seaworthiness and ride quality. Laminated internal high-torsion stringers integrated into the hull structure ensure a long lifespan and a very robust torsional structure load. This provides higher performance and protects the environment by reducing fuel consumption.
Quiet, Smooth Ride
Every Nord Star is quiet, free from unnecessary noise, achieved through intelligent design, soundproofing, and quality control. The combination of the superstructure and the ready-made hull is solid. Soundproofing is made from specific multi-layered damping pads, which ensure better results and a longer lifespan compared to commonly used foam solutions.
Custom Equipment and Accessories
Flexible and personalized design choices and bespoke accessories are made to order for each boat. Infrared camera systems, custom audiovisual equipment, special fabrics, or appliances—you name it, we build it.
Every Boat is Fully Tested In-House
Final quality is checked as part of our quality management system, which tracks the boat's manufacture throughout the production process. Before shipping to the customer, we have our own large-capacity indoor pool used for testing every boat and leakage control. Assembly as well as all mechanical and electrical components and surfaces must pass with flying colors to meet our high production standards. For the largest models, comprehensive test drives are conducted in Finnish coastal waters.
